How Does Hotel pick up work?
We provide free pickup and Drop-off from/to any hotel in Hurghada.
Extra-Zone Transfer
The extra-zone transfer charge may applied or may not depend on the tour chosen.
Zone 1– 5Euro per person- Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, or El Gouna hotels.
Zone 2 – 10 Euro per person -Soma Bay or Safaga.
After booking, we’ll contact you to confirm your exact pickup time (typically 15-60 minutes before the tour starts, depending on your location).
What Languages is the tour available in ?
Our tours are available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Vietnamese, Arabic and Chinese. Please type your preferred language during Check-out in the “Additional Notes” section to ensure a guide speaking your language is assigned. To ensure your preferred guide language is available, please contact us before booking specific tours if the language is not listed on the booking form. Depending on langues chosen, there may be an additional Language charge.
What should I bring with me ?
We recommend bringing (find more info in each tour details):
- Comfortable Clothing: Lightweight, breathable clothes suitable for the weather.
- Walking Shoes: Comfortable, closed-toe shoes or sandals for walking.
- Hat or Cap: To protect against the sun.
- Sunscreen: High SPF for outdoor activities.
- Sunglasses: To protect your eyes from bright sunlight.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the trip.
- Camera/Phone: To capture memorable moments (and a power bank for longer trips).
- Cash: Small denominations for tips, souvenirs, or additional expenses.
- Light Snacks: For energy during long tours.
- Travel Documents: ID, tour vouchers, or tickets, if required
- Towels – Sea trips
- Light Jacket – evenings in Egypt can get surprisingly cool, especially in the desert or during winter months.
Can I customize my trip?

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Refunds are available based on our cancellation policy. Full refunds are typically offered for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
What happens if my tour is canceled due to weather?
In the event of severe weather, we may adjust the itinerary or provide an alternative date at no extra cost. If the tour is canceled by visit Hurghada due to weather conditions or any safety reasons, a full refund will be issued.
How large are the tour group?
To ensure a personalized experience, our group tours are typically limited to a maximum of 8 participants. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, we also offer private tours tailored to your preferences.
Are there any age restriction for the tour?
Yes, many of our tours are family-friendly. We recommend checking the difficulty level or specific details of each tour to ensure it’s suitable for young children.
- Children under 5 years join for free.
- Special rates apply for children aged 6-11.
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Children aged 0-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Some activities may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons.

- Book and pay immediately using the provided payment link.
- Pay on-site with cash or card for 100% confirmed bookings.
